These people are like dealing with family. They came out, saw what I needed, gave me options and got the job done in no time. The price was better than 2 others that I had give me quotes. I just gave them the way into my office and they got everything done in one day. From the very first phone call with Carrie to the last handshake with the guys everything was nice and respectful. I will definitely be using Farmers again.

We needed our 6-month service done but also knew a weird sound was coming from the unit. The Farmers got us in for the day that we requested, and we are so happy and thankful for the service we received. The communication was outstanding! Brad thoroughly explained the problem with a burnt wire that we had. He repaired the problem and did the maintenance service. He was extremely professional and kind. We highly recommend this company!! You will be very satisfied with your service.

Great Company to use. Very knowledgeable and professional, explained everything that was done. Was okay with us asking questions about the maintenance. Found a problem and they actually had the part on the truck and fixed the problem. Did not have to wait around for a part to come in. Great service.
